My Saturday

Today I made the cutest teddy bear, I will be finishing her up tomorrow and taking pics. I hope to have them posted here soon. If not, check the shop to see if it's listed yet.

I have also opened a shop on a new site, shophandmade.com. Please check it out too http://petticoatpirate.shophandmade.com/ . So far I have about 6 items listed, but I'm planning on adding more soon :)

Plush You 2008

The plush show of ALL plush shows opened last weekend at Schmancy in Seattle... "Plush You 2008".

One of my SkullShie's is in the show and it thrills me to death. Here's a peek...

Please check out this fun etsy shop that features ooak (one of a kind) Obama-wear. You can even get a picture of YOU photoshop'd into a pic with Obama and then made into a tee! So cool, oh, that's not me in the pic, though I would love to have one, that's for sure...

And this bumper sticker is WAY cooler than the boring ones distributed by the party...

I honestly have so much diffficulty inserting pics... all this weird space shows up, and I have to go back and delete it, and then if I'm not careful I delete a pic ,so then I have to upload the pic again, then the chunks of white space show up again, then I start deleting again and honestly....it's exhausting. So I'm signing off. sheeeesh

Prince Offers Rare Glimpse Into '21 Nights' of His Life

Posted Sep 23rd 2008 12:30PM by Spinner StaffFiled under: Video, Exclusive, Book Club

In 2007, Prince maintained a 21-night sold-out residency at London's O2 arena. '21 Nights,' a collaborative effort between Prince and photographer Randee St. Nicholas, is a photographic essay that documents this journey with poetry and 124 never-before-seen images. The multimedia set also includes 'Indigo Nights/Live Session,' a live CD that captures Prince's after-hours sessions, along with new music. Take a look at an introductory excerpt from '21 Nights' -- penned by St. Nicholas -- as well as exclusive photos, a first look at the 'Indigo Night' tracklist and a video for the upbeat 'Planet Earth' song 'The One U Wanna C.'Those who have spent the most time with him are both frustrated and inspired. To know him is to know that you probably will never really know him and to question that is a waste of time ... wasting time is something one should never do ... and something Prince holds in high disregard.

My birthday is November 15th, I would scream and maybe even cry if I received "The Sock Obama" as a present... hint hint ;)

To see a pic of him and to read about the controversy go here.
And to read what they did next, go here.

I have said it before and I will say it again... I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!

Well, now I am off to have an exciting Hurricane filled weekend (eastern NC).

Lookie what I found at the Dollar General, of all places! All of you little kiddies who did not grow up with Sid & Marty Krofft need to head over to their new myspace page and get turned on to the magic!

I had such a crush on "Jimmy". Now I'm "30 something" and coloring him, in a coloring book. That seems weird...........huh?
